On August 15th, 2024, Kaitlyn Jeffares was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at the age of 33. This is year 2 for this team participating in this 5k. We were just starting her journey last go round. Fast forward to now, we have removed the lump successfully and starting radiation. We all continue to be right by her side taking this on one day at a time and we will continue to move forward with positivity as she becomes a survivor. This team is only a small showing of the massive amount of love and support surrounding her. Here’s to Kaitlyn and all the others out there going through this journey! We got this!
