LOGO and SIGNAGE

The deadline for inclusion of logo on t-shirts and event signage is September 3rd, 2026.

PACKET PICKUP

Date: October 15th, 2025

Time: 7:00am-6:00pm

What is Packet Pickup?

  • Anyone registered to walk/run must pick up their “packet” which includes your event t-shirt and event schedule prior to race day. If you are on a team, team captains will pick up all your group's packets.

What time is Paint Gwinnett Pink?

  • 7:30am: Vendor booths open
  • 8:00am: Opening Remarks
  • 8:15am: Survivor Celebration
  • 9:00am: Race begins
  • 10:00am: Awards
  • 11:00am: Event ends

When does race registration close?

  • Registration CLOSES at11:59pm on October 13th, 2025.
  • There will be NO race day registration this year.

I am a vendor – what time should I get there?

  • Vendor setup/load in is from 6:00am-7:00am – please arrive between this timeframe to set up your booth. Your booth must be setup by 7:30am.
  • Vendors will also have the opportunity to set up on Friday, October 16th

I am a vendor – what do I need to bring?

All vendors MUST supply the following for their booth:

  • Table, tablecloth, and chairs
  • Power source/generator IF NEEDED (there will be no access to a power supply in space)
  • 10x10 tent if desired (no covered spaces available)
  • **Please note that Paint Gwinnett Pink does not supply booth items for vendors

I can’t make the race anymore after I signed up, do I get a refund?

  • Unfortunately, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I bring my pet with me?

  • NO - Paint Gwinnett Pink is not pet-friendly. No pets - except service dogs with proof. You will be asked to leave if your pet is not a certified service dog.

T-Shirts

  • All shirts are unisex, so sizes may vary from normal size

Will there be food at the event?

  • There will be limited food and beverage vendors on site for the event. Please go to the Vendors page to see who is participating.

What if it is raining?

  • Paint Gwinnett Pink takes place rain or shine.

How can I get there?

  • Heading North: Take I-85 to exit 108 (Sugarloaf Pkwy). Turn right off the exit, go back under the interstate, go past satellite Boulevard and turn left at the second stop light. Park in deck #1 or #2.

  • Alternate Route: Take I-85 to the exit #105 (Highway 120 west). Turn right on Satellite Boulevard. Once you get to sugarloaf pkwy, turn left and then left at the next stoplight.

  • Heading South: Take I-85 to exit 109 (Old Peachtree road/sugarloaf pkwy). Stay on exit, passing Old Peachtree Road exit, until you arrive at Sugarloaf Pkwy. Turn right off the exit and turn left at the second stoplight. Park in deck #1 or #2

  • Alternate Route: Take I-85 to the exit 109 (Old Peachtree Road/Sugarloaf Pkwy). Get off at Old Peachtree Road and turn right. Turn left at the next stoplight onto Satellite Boulevard. Take a right onto Sugarloaf Pkwy and then the next left at the stoplight.
