LOGO and SIGNAGE

PACKET PICKUP

What time is Packet Pickup?
• 7:00am-7:00pm

What is Packet Pickup?
• Anyone registered to walk/run must pick up their “packet” which includes your event t-shirtand event schedule prior to race day. If you are on a team, team captains will pick up all your group's packets.

RACE DAY
Date: October 19th, 2024
Location: Coolray Field – 2500 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

What time is Paint Gwinnett Pink?
• 7:30am: Vendor booths open
• 8:00am: Opening Remarks
• 8:15am: Survivor Celebration
• 9:00am: Race begins
• 10:00am: Awards
• 11:00am: Event ends

When does race registration close?
• Registration CLOSES at 7:00pm on October 17th, 2024

There will be NO race day registration this year.

I am a vendor – what time should I get there?
• Vendor setup/load in is from 6:30am-7:00am – please arrive between this timeframe to set up your booth. Your booth must be setup by 7:30am.

I am a vendor – what do I need to bring?
• All vendors MUST supply the following for their booth:
- Table, tablecloth, and chairs
• Power source/generator IF NEEDED (there will be no access to a power supply in space)
• 10x10 tent if desired (no covered spaces available)
**Please note that Paint Gwinnett Pink does not supply booth items for vendors

I can’t make the race anymore after I signed up, do I get a refund?
• Unfortunately, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable

Can I bring my pet with me?
• No, Paint Gwinnett Pink is not pet-friendly. No pets - except service dogs with proof. You will be asked to leave if your pet is not a certified service dog.

T-Shirts
• You must register by September 30th for guaranteed t-shirt size
• All shirts are unisex, so sizes may vary from normal size

Will there be food at the event?
• Bananas and granola bars are complimentary with registration. There will be additional food and beverage vendors on site for the event. Please go to the Vendors page to see who is participating.

What if it is raining?
• Paint Gwinnett Pink takes place rain or shine.
