Peaceful On Purpose Warriors

Body

On October 31, 2020, I was diagnosed with TNBC “Triple Negative Breast Cancer” Stage 3.  After undergoing a Bilateral Mastectomy, 6 months of IV Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy, 6 months of Oral Chemotherapy, and possibly still needing radiation and/or Infusions, my cancer is now in remission, and I am almost a 2 year cancer survivor.

For me this has been a process and a journey that has been life changing which was about 50/50 mental and financial.    I am participating,  supporting, and raising  funds for this event to make the journey a little easier for many, when often times the resources are not there for people who are facing the fight against breast cancer.   There so many other worries that comes with battling a breast cancer diagnosis, so the proceeds that goes to the funding for things such as transportation and other assistance needed for cancer treatment, access to mammograms, and diagnostic technology for breast cancer can make a difference.

Affirmation: My positive energy and attitude towards life is my most precious currency, and the biggest blessing I have to share with others. The ripples of my goodness are infinite.

Thanks,

Kiesha
