Cat's Pink Ribbon Warriors
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November of 2019. I have no family history. I do not have the breast cancer gene. Needless to say, I was shocked. Luckily, my case was caught very early and was treatable with surgery and radiation. I am now 4 1/2 years cancer free. December 31, 2024 will be 5 years since my surgery. I will continue Tamoxifen through April of 2025. Then I will be done with my five years and be deemed cancer free. I have one (1) more mammogram to go this October. Please pray that it is normal.
I want to thank all my family and friends who have supported me throughout my journey. I could not have done it without them. I want to raise money to help with breast cancer research so that one day in the near future no person will lose their life to breast cancer.
I give it all to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is my strength when I am weak. He is there for me always and is never changing. I thank him for giving me life and a second chance.
Love,
Catherine
