I am participating in this walk/run event in memorial to Lisa Gugino Gunn, my college roommate and dear friend, who passed away from breast cancer earlier this year. I also want to support the cancer care program at Northside Hospital Gwinnett, which cares for a medically underserved metro-Atlanta area.
