On Valentine's Day 2018, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. What began as one of the most difficult chapters of my life became a journey of strength, hope, and perseverance. Today, I am grateful and proud to celebrate being 8 years cancer-free!

This year marks my 4th year participating in the Paint Gwinnett Pink 5K, a cause that is especially close to my heart. I am honored to take part in this event to give back to the place that played such an important role in my journey. The care, support, and treatment I received made all the difference, and by supporting my walk, you're helping ensure that others facing cancer receive the same life-changing care.
