I was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 4 and underwent a double mastectomy on June 30. As I focus on my recovery, my friends are participating in a 5K fundraiser to support breast cancer research and awareness. I am hoping to be well enough to walk with my friends, if not I’ll be on the sidelines supporting them. I would be incredibly grateful for your support through donations, no matter the amount. On October 18th, Amy’s Flock Fighters be participating in Northside Hospital Cancer Institute's fundraising event called Paint Gwinnett Pink.
This program is designed to help raise funds for beneficiary programs and equipment needs supporting the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute in Gwinnett. Every contribution helps improve access to care and offers hope to those battling breast cancer.
